EXAMINED PHYSICAL APPEARANCE OF BATTERY: (No cracks, broken terminals, broken case, bulging, etc.)

IF TESTER SAYS "RECHARGE", DID YOU CHARGE BATTERY?: (Must reach 12.5-12.8 to be fully charged.)

LET IT SIT: (48 hours)

RE-TEST BATTERY AGAIN ON HANDHELD TESTER: Print out the results (or send in a picture.) If the final results say: "Bad/Replace" proceed to below warranty claim steps:

FINAL VOLTAGE READING:

Attach a picture or copy of print out reading.
After the form is completely filled out - please email to Midwest Battery (orders@midwestbatteryusa.com) and place the warranties (clearly tagged) on your core pallet to be returned to Midwest Battery. Please make sure the warranties are on top of the core pallet.
Once a full pallet of cores is accumulated - request core pick up like normal - please note with the core pick up request if any warranties are going back as well.
Midwest Battery will evaluate battery at facility and deem the final warranty decision.
