Highlights

  • All orders must be in multiples of 54, allowing for mix and match batteries to complete a full pallet.

  • Trailer loads (756 batteries) can include up to 3 drops without mileage restrictions.

  • Drop shipping available with a minimum order of 1 pallet.

  • Lead times: 2-3 days for pallets and 2 weeks for trailer loads.

  • All orders will ship prepaid.

Orders can be placed as pallet or trailer loads.

CORE RETURN 

PROCESS

To initiate a core return, please email cores@midwestbatteryusa.com with the following details:

  • Location and quantity of pallets

  • Midwest Battery will manage the pickup scheduling and provide Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Cores will be picked up in the same manner as they were ordered:

    • For instance, if you ordered new pallets, we will collect pallets of cores. If a trailer load of new batteries was ordered, we will pick up a trailer load of cores.

  • Please ensure that cores are stacked and wrapped as the new batteries are delivered.
